What if I forget the Username and Password?

You can send an SMS from your registered Mobile phone and get the username and password as a reply SMS.

If multiple registrations are not allowed, how will I register the members of my family. I alone have a mobile phone in our family?

You don't need multiple registrations for this.

If you are using SMS you can simply attach the name of the family member at the end of the SMS for appointment. Then the appointment will be in the name of the family member.

                     Dr DoctorID Date Patientname

If you are an Online user then you can add the Family members to the framework using the "My Family" menu option. Then you can fix up appointments for any of your family member. However if you are using the Automated Voice response system by dialing 0 484 393 484 0  then the appointment will be in your name.

Mobile phone appears to be mandatory for registration in EatherWay. Why?

EatherWay is a genuine and authoritative framework for helping the Patients as well as Doctors. We are taking extra care to bring in the finest Doctors in to the framework. We also need to ensure that only genuine persons register as Patients in EatherWay. Mobile phone numbers are issued to genuine persons with traceable identity. How do I register?

There are two ways that you can register in EatherWay.
a. Through SMS
You can register with EatherWay by sending an SMS message. The format is

                          Dr reg name

b. Online Log in to  www.eatherway.com. Use the "Sign Up" option and provide the information asked for. Mobile phone number is mandatory for registration. The mobile number will be registered against your name. One mobile number can be registered against one patient. Multiple registrations of the same mobile number is not permitted. You will be asked to send a Validation Code from the mobile number that you want to register. Once the validation code is received your online registration will be ready to use.

Do I need to register to use this system?

Registration is not mandatory for a patient for using EatherWay. However we strongly recommend that you register in EatherWay to effectively use it. A patient who is registered will be identified by their name and those who haven't by their mobile phone number. And we are sure you would like to be identified by your name rather than by your mobile phone number.
For Medical Reps it is mandatory to register, for this they have to first contact our customer care and  give their contact and company details.www.eatherway.com

What happens if the doctor cancels the appointment?

The doctor has an option to inform the patients if this happens. You can expect to be informed by SMS or a Voice Message whenever the appointments are cancelled. visit www.eatherway.com

Can I cancel my appointment obtained through EatherWay if I have some inconvenience?

Yes, you can cancel your appointment obtained through EatherWay in the following ways:

a. Call 0 484 393 484 0. The automated system will prompt you to key in the Doctor Id number. The system will check if there is an appointment for you with the doctor, and if so, will cancel it.

b. Send an SMS, Message Format : DR doctorId C

 

c. Log in to www.eatherway.com. There a menu option to cancel any existing appointments

How do I know the Doctor ID of my Doctor

You can find Doctor Id numbers of your doctor from:

a. Searching  www.eatherway.com using the doctor name , specialty, hospital or practice location

b. The display board having the Doctor Id number of each EatherWay doctor at their practice locations (Home Clinics/Hospitals).

c. EatherWay doctor directories available at medical shops and leading book stalls and news paper stands.
